Oatmeal, strawberries, and bananas are all great-for-you foods. There’s a little bit of honey and a splash of vanilla extract for sweetness and flavor.
- 1/2 Cup Oatmeal Gluten-free is optional
- 1-1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1/2 Cup Strawberries Quartered and frozen
- 1 Each Banana Sliced and frozen
- 1-2 Tbsp Honey To Taste
- 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Add oatmeal to blender and blend until it becomes a fine powder.
Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
