Strawberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Oatmeal, strawberries, and bananas are all great-for-you foods. There’s a little bit of honey and a splash of vanilla extract for sweetness and flavor.

  • 1/2 Cup Oatmeal (Gluten-free is optional)
  • 1-1/2 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1/2 Cup Strawberries (Quartered and frozen)
  • 1 Each Banana (Sliced and frozen)
  • 1-2 Tbsp Honey (To Taste)
  • 1/4 Tsp Vanilla Extract
  1. Add oatmeal to blender and blend until it becomes a fine powder.

  2. Add remaining ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
